1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
• Opened or used beauty/skincare products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
